Provided a Resident has accomplished the benchmarks outlined in Phase-1 and has been a resident for more than 90 days, the Resident then becomes eligible to enter Phase 2. Residents in this phase will be expected to abide by the same expectations as Phase 1 but will also be given more privileges. Don't forget, more privileges also means more responsibility!
Phase Two will be where you really get to start testing yourself with your new found freedoms. This is a good time to work heavily on your step work, if you choose to. You are growing, and better yet, you're proving to yourself that you can do this "living life thing" without substances.
By this time, all of your debts whether it be to court, cellphone companies, BMV, etc., will be paid off. You'll have also finished IOP.

This program is rigorous, but YOUR LIFE is worth it. The minimum time to completion for Phase Two is 3 months.
